Özet (EN)
The widespread use of petroleum-based artificial materials is a major environmental problem due to the difficulties in recycling. However, environmental awareness in the world has made it important to develop recyclable and environmentally sustainable materials in composites. This leads material producers to produce environmentally compatible materials taking environmental considerations into account at all stages of their life cycle. For this purpose, environmentally compatible and recycled natural reinforced composites have been the subject of research. In the last few years, there has been a significant increase in the production of environmentally friendly composites using natural fibers such as flax, jute, hemp, pineapple, and sisal. In this study, the effect of cutting parameters such as cutting speed and feed rate on cutting force, delamination factor and surface roughness were experimentally examined in milling with 2, 3 and 4 flute numbers cemented carbide (WC) end mills of jute fiber reinforced composite plates having 0°/90°, 30°/-60° and ±45° oriental angles. The increase in feed rate increased the cutting force, deformation factor and surface roughness. Increasing the cutting force reduced the cutting force and surface roughness while increasing the deformation factor. Increasing the number of flutes end mill increased the milling performance.
