Özet (EN)

This research has aimed the examine the effects of acute type endurance exercises on the damage of muscles, performance and some blood parameters in cold and hot enviroment 19 men aged 19,56±5,38 average have attended the research willingly. The study was carried out in Erzincan. The subjects of experiment were choosen at random and willingly from ones who hasn?t got a sports background. In order to determine the level of CK, AST, LDH, WBC, HTC, HB of the subjects, before the test of shuttle run, the condition before the test, the condition after the test,Some blood samples were taken from front arm. Besides, in order to determine the level of the exercise, lactic acid measurement was aplied before and immediately after the exercise. The first measurement was applied at 00 C humiditiy of %32 and 0 km/h wind speed in February. The seconda one was applied +300 C, humidity of %45 and 0 km/h not wind speed in July. Two hypothesis tests were used in order to examine the effects of the damage on muscles during maximal aerobic pressure in two different temperatures. On the observations where the dependent variable of LA and max VO2, the exemplifications, were examined by using the t test. The affects fort he dependant varibles were tested using yaryans analysis (ANOVA) The post Hoc Scheffe test was used for the double comparisons. As a result of the research, the level of CK, AST and LDH which are the symptom of the damage on muscles during the acute type endurance exercises increased meaningfully. HB, one of the blood parameters, increased meaningfully in both temperature conditions; however the increase in hot temperature was established more. During both temperature conditions, the LA level taken before running, and the LA level taken at the very end of the exercises was found higher meaningfully. The HTC level which became higher soon after running at +300 C wasn?t found meaningful, however, this high level was found higher then the one found at the end of 48 hours. It is observed that the WBC level seen at the and of the test at +300 C was higher meaningfully than the ones before the test, 24 and 48 hours after the test. The evaluation of the results of shuttle run test was performed only two heat condition independent from 00 C and +300 C, the increase on the levels of LA, CK, LDH, WBC, HCT and AST is found meaningful statistically. Independent from shuttle run performed, on both heat conditions, the results of examinig the effects of heat; It is observed that the maximum consumption of oxygen at 00 C is meaningfully higher than the maximum consumption of oxygen at 300 C. It ıs found out that the LDH level at 00 C is meaningfully higher than the level at 300 C before running; the average of AST and HCT level at 00 C is meaningfully higher than the average at 300 C.Key Words: Different heat atmosphere, Endurance exercise, performance, damage on muscles.
