Abstract (EN)

This study aimed to examine the effects of different sintering parameters on the fracture strenght of ti-base supported monolithic zirconia restorations. 40 implant analogues were placed in metal blocks. Ti-base abutments were placed on analogs and digital measurements were taken. The lower first molar tooth was produced from monolithic zirconia material on Ti-base abutments. The produced samples were divided into 4 groups as group 1: conventional sintering, group 2: fast sintering, group 3: super fast sintering A, group 4: super fast sintering B (n:10). The sintered samples were applied to a thermal cycle of 5000 cycles at a temperature of 5-55 °C. The prepared samples were tested for breaking strength in a universal testing device. The obtained data were analyzed statistically. The results obtained from the conventional sintering group were found to be higher and statistically significant than the other groups (p<0.05). There was no statistically significant difference between the results obtained from the other groups.
