Abstract (EN)
In the present work, the effects of some parametric values on the drying process of rosehip is investigated. Drying is done in the laboratory by using two different kinds of convective dryers, one has uniform flow while the other has swirling flow. The drying air temperature is varied as 50, 60 and 70 oC and the air velocity is 0.5, 1 and 1.5 m/s.
