The purpose of this study is to examine the nutrition and daily performances of individuals with different sleep behaviors. The study was conducted with a total of 36 volunteer participants studying at Yozgat Bozok University, Faculty of Sports Sciences. Data were collected using the following data tools: demographic information form, morningness and eveningness scale, nutrition record form, strength test (hand grip strength), back-leg strength measurement test (digital back-leg dynamometer), speed test (30 meters), flexibility test (sit-and-reach test), reaction test (fitlight) and vertical jump measurement test. In the study, data analysis was carried out using the Shapiro-Wilk test, Levene test, one-way analysis of variance, Tukey post-hoc test, Friedman test and Kruskal Wallis H test. For all statistical analyses, the significance level was accepted as p<0.05 and SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) 25 package program was used for statistical analyses. As a result; in the evening reaction measurement, it was determined that the reaction times of the morning person group were statistically significantly greater than the intermediate group. In addition, in the morning speed measurement, it was determined that the speed values of the morning person group were statistically significantly greater than the evening person group.
