Abstract (EN)
Male infertility is becoming an increasingly serious problem and increases with age. Therefore, researches on the reasons of andrological problems that cause infertility are becoming more important. The aim of this thesis is to investıgatıon of the aquaporıne 3, aquaporıne 7, aquaporıne 8 molecules in human sperm cells from dıfferent age groups using histological methots and to contribute the researches of the mail infertility Our study was carried out on three groups consisting of male individuals over 18 years of age. Study groups and age ranges of the groups are as follows: Group-1, 18-25 years old, Grup-2, 26-35 years old, Grup-3, 35 and older persons. After semen samples of the groups were evaluated macroscopically and microscopically and spermiogram analyzes were performed. Sperm smear preparations were prepared for Kruger strict morphology and immunohistochemical analyzes. Diff-quick and immunohistochemical staining protocols were then applied. The data observed as a result of microscopic analyzes were statistically compared. There was no significant difference between the groups in terms of spermiogram values. Although sperm anomaly increased with aging, no difference was found between groups. Aqp-3 and Aqp-8 in Group 2; Aqp-7 increased significantly in Group 1. According to our this results, we can say that Aqp-3 and Aqp-8 were maximally expressed at 26 to 35 years and AQP 7 at 18 to 25 years old ages.
