Özet (EN)

Our country is a transition region between two continents. To live in Turkey due to take place in four different seasons of the middle generation and changing landforms in short distance form the climate diversity (Erdebil et al., 2019). The fact that this geographical diversity in our country is suitable for plants adapted to different growing environments has enriched our country in terms of species diversity. In this study, Turkey's third leaves of some woody species found in micromorphological and branches Phytogeographic anatomical differences Acer negundo L., Berberis thunbergii DC., Populus alba L. and Rhus coriaria L. was investigated on species. Measurements were made on species taken from each region separately. Chlorite method developed by Spearing and Isenberg (1947) was used for maceration of wood samples. The differences between the species were examined on a microscope and determined with the help of MShot Digital Imaging System. According to these data, values such as felting ratio, elasticity coefficient, rigidity coefficient, engine ratio, runkel ratio, F factor were obtained. Analysis of variance was performed with SPSS program and duncan test was applied to the results. In addition, stoma characteristics of the species were examined. Differences between stoma structures according to regions were examined such as stoma width and length, stoma pore width and length, and stoma density. According to the findings between species collected from three phytogeographical regions of Turkey as statistical differences were observed. At least 95% confidence level.
