Abstract (EN)
The sample of the study consists of 351 employees of an industrial company in Kütahya. In this study, which is use easy sampling method, a questionnaire consisting of three parts was presented to the participants. The collected data were processed through SPSS 22.00 and Amos 26 package programs. T-test and one-way ANOVA were used to determine how the demographic variables of the participants differed with management and mobbing, and correlation analysis was used to determine the direction and strength of the relationship between management and differences. It was seen that participants' perceptions about the diversity management differ significantly in terms of gender and working time. However, there was no significant difference in terms of marital status, age, educational status and organizational position. On the other hand, the perceptions of the participants about mobbing; a significant difference was found in terms of gender, marital status, educational level and organizational position. The participants' perceptions about mobbing in terms of age and working time did not show a significant difference. Finally, in the correlation analysis; a significant negative correlation was found between the diversity management and mobbing. Keywords: Diversity, Diversity management, Mobbing
