An analysis about diversity management in an international company

After globalisation takes an important affect nowadays, the diversity among workforce and workplace has changed rapidly which affected and caused serious management problems among them who feel theirselves more isolated and special. Meanwhile diversity is seen as an advantage for companies that can manage to work diversity in a proper way. International companies that managed to deal with diversity had an advantage about problem solving and creative sinergy.The role of leaders in an organization managing diversity is vital. In this paper a successful Spanish originated internatiol company which has a wide range of workforce from different countries has been examined and its leaders have been interviewed to understand the bacground of leaders and its affect on managing diversity.
