Abstract (EN)

In this thesis, within the context of the FATIH project initiated in 2010 that The tablet PC was distributed to teachers and students, When the contribution to the effective use of the V-class application, which is the ESY software to be used for the first time in education, by the teachers is examined, The thoughts about the examination and evaluation of teachers' attitudes towards tablet PCs were investigated. The survey model was used in the study data that it is picked up in 2016-2017 the academic year fall semester. The research was carried out in Erzurum province with LCD panel interactive board installation, infrastructure, fiber internet and distribution of tablet PC and Two high schools where teachers were given the necessary training to use the V-Class application, the ESY software on the tablet. In the survey is attendant to all teachers that the data were collected MEB e-Education Portal Survey and open-ended questions. In the analysis of collected data by questionnaire, substances were examined according to frequency, average and standard deviation of values. Also, Statistical tests were applied such as Independent Samples t-test and One-Way ANOVA test. In the analysis of the data obtained with the open-ended questions, tables were obtained by coding in case of Comments were made descriptively. Based on the results of the research, generally Teachers have achieved a favourable attitude towards using of Tablet PC. Teachers who use Tablet PC more that they have achieved a more favourable attitude. There was no significant difference between teachers' gender, age, duration of service, and attitudes.
