The comments of students, teachers and managers on Fatih Project

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effectiveness of the study know as FATIH Project which is called by Ministry of National Education "Movement Of Enhancing Opportunities And Improving Technology" in a institued where the project is applied.In this research, the case study which one of the qualitative techniques is used. Interview and observation which are the most common ones of qualitative techniques are preferred. As data collection matarials, half constructual interview and observation forms which are improved by the researcher and his consultant are used. Interview form is organized as three different forms for each shareholder group one by one and in a way that applies to the features of the group. Also the learned opinion for the interview is taken from the specialists. It is tried to get detailed information from the shareholders who put the FATIH Project into practice. In observation form, it has been mentioned the frequency in use of intructional Technologies in FATIH Project. In the research because the case study technique is used, a sample has not been choosen, instead of this, it is decided formed a work group.For this purpose, in 2012-2013 academic year 3 managers, 7 teachers work at the high school which takes place in the FATIH Project frame in European side in Istanbul City and 10 students of this school as workgroup, total 20 persons have been choosen.Interviews have been done by the researcher at the school which the research takes place. Observations also have been done by the researcher at the school and the dormitory which the students stay.The interviews which are made with each shareholder group have been examined using the observation forms by studying one by one.Result and suggestions parts have been stated at the end of the study after arranging in a way that refers to the consensus of the all shareholders and researcher.
