Abstract (EN)
In this thesis, a novel subgridding algorithm has been developed for Finite Difference Time Domain Method. At the interface between coarse and fine grid, interpolation method has been employed to calculate field components. Subgridding modelling have been used for onedimensional FDTD model. By developed method in this thesis, accuracy has been improved without requiring more computer resources. In addition, a new approach has been improved for rectangular and circular waveguides modelling by using standard FDTD algorithm. Keywords: Finite Difference Time Domain Method (FDTD), Subgridding, Maxwell?s Equations, Rectangular and circular waveguide modelling
