Abstract (EN)
This doctoral research was conducted in nine provinces, taking into account the overall approach of the Federal Republic of Germany, which is recognized as a highly successful and pioneering country among the Western European countries, as well as the country's social system, democracy and social welfare state approach. With its micro, mezzo, exo and macro-level post-positivist-based social structure, Germany is a decisive factor in the integration of the European Union member states into the social structure of the Union and in the formation of their ex corporate identity in the context of social service and social institutions motor power. II. In the aftermath of the Second World War, Germany, which responded to the positivist social movements of the 19th century by Critical Theories (Kritische Theorie), developed new post-positivist social theories based on their values through the "Frankfurt School (Frankfurter Schule)", in 1923. This change and development has been a major factor in the strong and successful social systems of Germany and some Western European countries. The first article of the Federal Constitution Federal Human is dignity and immunity of immunity. In the Article 20, Paragraph 1 of the constitution, "The Federal Republic of Germany is a Democratic and Social Federal State" (BPB, 1949), amendments are not possible to propose. By taking this article into account, an innovative "Islamic Social Service Approach" has been studied by considering "Universal Human Rights Conventions" and "sacred duty-based rights" sections of the related article. While developing this Approach, the Federal "BAGFW-Free Social Services Federal Working Community" (BAGFW, 2019), which organizes social work practices within the Federal social system, and the "three secular and three social service institutions", part of this organization, were examined in detail. In this context, value-based services from the institutions and organizations under the roof of BAGFW in the Federal Republic of Germany has been investigated by considering the fact how it can be beneficial for Muslims. It has been endeavoured to develop a Approach based on the value of the "most beautiful and most valuable (Ahsen)" by studying social Approach of religious and secular social services. Interviewing Techniques were used as qualitative methodology to analyse the social service approaches applied in the Federal Germany. Hence, the identity and methodology of the study were established first. The federal welfare system of Germany, the theories and concepts of social services and the palliative support / care services for Muslims in this context were reflect the findings. A brief historical perspective on migrants' migration to Germany, migration and social policies, as well as social security and social service structures were discussed throughout this research. Based on the obtained qualitative findings, the necessity of Islamic Social Service Approach in Federal Germany was developed through social theories and concepts. The fact that there is a scientific lacuna in this regard increases the importance of "AHSEN-Islamic Social Service Approach" in both research and multidisciplinary sense.
