Abstract (EN)
In this research, the assesment of science teachers' views about STEM activities in science education accordıng to their teacher self-effıcacy beliefs were investigated. The research was used holistic multiple case desings. The research was implemented with the typical case sampling method of purposive sampling method in 8 elementary schools at Adana city which has four central districts as Seyhan, Çukurova, Yüreğir, and Sarıçam and appliedon all 59 teachers of science education. But only11teachers of science education were accepted because this study was based on volunteering. In this study was consider informations about participants's sex, educational background, experiences, andsituation of STEM traineeship. The data of the study were gathered with demographic information scale, teachers' self-effıcacy beliefs scalewhich is reformed by Tschannen-Moran& Hoy (2001) and Turkıshed by Çapa, Çakıroğlu ve Sarıkaya (2005), and 5 questions based on semi-structured interviews. So categorical content analtsis basis was used to analyze the data of semi-structured interviews obtained after implemantation process and the obtained findings were interpreted sticking to researchquestions. The results of the research showed that science teachers' views about STEM activities in science education accordıng to their teacher self-effıcacy beliefs differ to their proffessional seniority and self-efficacy beliefs.
