Abstract (EN)

Founding fathers of a Turkish nation live in Kyrgyzstan's Jalal-Abad and Osh regions. Despite the realities of general Turkish history, they could survive with the Turkish name and protect their own beliefs, traditions and customs. But there are so little information about them and therefore not known by relative Turkish communities. This subject, which includes also the research to prepare a written source, was studied to meet with the other Turkish relative communities and present to the researchers of turcology.Thesis introduction consists of three parts, enclosures and the result. In the introduction part, the general information given about the Founding fathers of a Turkish nation. In the first chapter, birth tradition is examined as prenatal, birthtime and afterbirth in three parts on its own. In the second section, again wedding customs studied as before the wedding, during and after the wedding in three parts. In the third section, death tradition handled just as the first and second part. In addition part, decorating banquet table and indispensable food types during those traditions analyzed above take place. Beside that, pictures of the meals and ceremonies exists.This work was prepared as a first master's thesis work about the Founding fathers of a Turkish nation folk literature.Key Words: Birth, wedding and death traditions of Founding fathers of a Turkish nation.
