Abstract (EN)
Molecular imprinting technique is a method successfully applied in many areas such as diagnosis and treatment of some diseases, drug release, sensors, chromatography, purification and separation of some substances. Proteins are macromolecules that come to get heer by the proper binding of hundreds of amino acids. The printing of a subpart of macromolecules instead of them is called epitope suppression technique. Ferritin is an iron storage protein composed of 24 homologous sub units. Lactoferricin B (LFB) is a sub-peptide sequence belonging to ferritin, which plays an important role in the immunesystem. Various molecular suppression methods are available. In this study; We have prepared polydimethylsiloxane surfaces using the epitope printing technique to specifically distinguish ferritin. By measuring the absorbance values of our moleculary imprinted polymers (MIP) surfaces with UV-GB spectrophotometer, we conducted adsorption kinetics, reusability, selectivity to target protein. We tried our efficiency of working with real samples.
