Abstract (EN)
In this thesis, the general proporties of Fibonacci and Lucas numbers are examined. Fundamental definitions and theorems concerning with the subject are given in the first chapter. Second chapter is devoted to the divisibility proporties of the Fibonacci numbers. In the third chapter, Binet?s Formula and some theorems related to the Lucas numbers are given. In the fourth chapter, Fibonacci and Lucas matrices are mentioned. Lastly, Fibonacci and Lucas series are investigated in the fifth chapter.Key Words: Fibonacci numbers, Lucas numbers, Binet?s formula
