Abstract (EN)

The detection of fibromyalgia syndrome is difficult because it does not harm the body's work. The relationship of this disease, whose diagnosis continues to be the subject of controversy, with the parameters of SSR was examined. FMS is both local and general widespread musculoskeletal pain. While it was also expressed as sensitivity in muscle tendons, the effect of SSR parameters with FL was investigated in its diagnosis. Fibromyalgia's patients are observed functional disorders in the autonomic nervous system. Based on this, it was determined that there was a decrease in patients with SSR. In the analysis of SSR parameter values with the FL, the diagnostic accuracy of the disease was examined. Later, the laboratory test results and SSR parameter values of the patient were analyzed separately and together with FL and the effect of SSR parameters on laboratory tests was investigated. In the study, the effects of SSR parameters on laboratory tests used in FMS diagnosis were investigated and facilitation of the diagnosis was supported. For this reason, it was concluded that the diagnosis of the disease is a physiological sign that should be used with SSR parameters.
