VI SUMMARY The issue of Palestine lasted approximately a hundred year is not only one of 20th century problems, but also one of the important problems of 21st century. Because, the issue of Palestine gained dynamism through "Zionism" movement in the last of 19th centuries has resulted in withdrawal of Ottoman State from this area and the occupation of England; the skirmishes begun from thi%f»eriod came to end with foundation of the State of Israel in 14 May 1948. Finally, the 'problem not a issue occurred from the skirmishing of two society, interfering Arab states, in agenda of United Nations, is come to a state of international quarrel. Turkey, from the propose of England this item for the agenda of United Nation, agreed with Arab states. Nevertheless, the foundation of the State of Israel and the recognition of this establishing of USA called attention of Turkey. Turkey's inclination about alliance with USA against USSR alter the view point of Turkey about State of Israel. The factor affecting the Turkish-Israeli relationship from 1948 to1956 is, in general co-operation with the West and, in special with USA. **'
