Abstract (EN)
Access to financial resources is vital importance for fırms. Since the establishment phase, all activities within the firms are provided through financial resources. There are a lot of factors affecting acess to financial resources. In this context, by determining the factors affecting access to financial resources in the study is used survey and data doing by the World Bank Business Enterprise Survey with 1344 firms. The effects of firm size, legal structure, sector, region, age of activity and ownership structure on the level of problem access to financial resources were investigated. The relationship between level of problem access to financial resources and firm-specific characteristics was determined by Welch and Brown-Forsyth test statistic and t test, the analysis of variance from parametric tests through SPSS. A cross table was also used. According to the results of the study, it is revealed that size, ownership structure, sector and region have an effect on the level of problem access to financial resources. Firms with large-scale, domestic ownership and operating in Eastern and Southeastern Anatolia have more problems access to financial resources. It is also a consequence of the fact that problems in accessing financial resources do not differ between the legal structures and the ages of the firms.
