Leasing practices: the Azerbaijan sample

Azerbaijan was the one of the biggest industrial countries in Soviet Union. But after collapsing of Soviet Union Azerbaijan began to feel very big problems in its economy. There wasn?t any production in any site of economy. In recent years the country returned and reinforced its former power of some industrial sites. But there are still some sites of economy and a lot of industrial factories that almost impossible to return their famous names. Besides the enterprises that have very big production power even Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) couldn?t find any reliable resource for their investments. Enterprises that couldn?t have capital savings are looking for foreign investments source. Enterprises that don?t have connection with foreign investors get their financial aids from banks. But banks can?t solve the problem with the progressive marketing and trading economy that develops every year. That?s why enterprises begin to prefer and chose new financial techniques and aids. For some reason leasing, that counted the one of the modern financial techniques, hasn?t been used in any economy sites in Azerbaijan. In this work, the real leasing practice researches has been done including the decisions of all sides and also have been done the researches about the problems that stands before the leasing in country and the ways of solutions of this problem.
