Strengthening measures for financial structure

This study was carried out to introduce items which constitute the financial structure of firms, and to find the difficulties faced in financial structures of firms and their solutions. In this study, we tried to discuss literature which includes financial structures and financial structure problems. This study contains three sections. In the first section, financial structure and capital structure items were studied. In the second section, forms of mergers and reasons of failure were examined. In the third section, we tried to put forth solution proposals about problems of financial structure of firms.
