Time concept in worship through the method of fiqh

Classic/current disputes about holytides times directly related with fiqh principles. The reason of dispute about worship times can be summarized as dispute in interpretation of the religious texts that point to times and dispute in judicial opinion of investigation of reason. Determination of sacred signs and limitations of holytides is mentioned in interpretation of religious texts, determination of these signs at external world and convert to calendar is mentioned in investigation of reason. Different interpretations about signs of holytides and the mistakes about this subject lead to various mistakes and disputes about dimension of calendar and religious signs of holytides. Opinions which are contrary to religious texts and consensus of Islamic scholars about time limitations and the times detected with regard to these opinions are invalid. In order to be inevitable for the calendars about holytides, it is obligatory that limitations of holytides in these calendars are appropriate for religious signs of holytides. The thesis of this research is to handle the different approaches about holytides in fiqh principle systematically and evaluate the up to date conflicts about holytides in within this frame and finally reach to a conclusion. Fiqh principle sources were used so as to examine the time dimension of prayers in terms of fiqh principle, fiqh issue sources were used so as to materialize the theoretical information about this issue and modern researches were used so as to evaluate up to date time conflicts in this frame. In introduction section subject of the research, its method, briefly time concept in prayers, decree concepts to be used in the research and their relation with time were handled. In first section time concept in absolute prayers was examined in terms of fiqh principle, in second section time concept in temporal prayers was handled and in third section, some up to date discussions about time limits of prayers were evaluated.
