Abstract (EN)

Absolute and protect (mukayyed)are two different concepts of Islamic Jurisprudence Procedures. They have an important role in the understanding of Nasser. Absolute, which would signify the common members or members of their own sex is a Lafz (lafız) not registered any record. The protect (Mukayyed) qualifications, status, purpose and essential nature of things, such as registering with records which mark the Lafz (utterance) words. Both the Qur'an and Hadith verses in both absolute as there is no evidence of a lafz (utterance) restrict (takyid)tall Islamic jurists involved unless there is absolutely acceptable and that it is in accordance with the provisions of the nass (Expose) istinbât. If the absolute literal if you have any hard evidence to restrict utterance (tenkis lafız) the absolute, it is deeds with protect (mukayyed) literal wording of the provision in to attribute (hamledilerek) limited (mukayyed). But Muslim jurists, in which case the absolute attribute (hamledilip), be attributed different opinions about whether the situations in which they argued. Moreover, the ploy, restrict naskh (takyîd nesih) Is that or is that subject, has led to differences of opinion among scholars. Protect Lafz (Mukayyed lafız)the protect (mukayyed) will likewise be considered as evidence, unless otherwise fixed in Islam there are legists by consensus. Islamic concept of absolute differences of opinion arise and protect lower nobility (mukayyed Furuya) led to conflict in Jurisprudence.
