Abstract (EN)
In road lighting, as lighting level and quality of light color, flicker effect which is another important criteria of lighting is also important. Flicker effects are widely known by periodic changes that these are provided from switching characteristics or the alternative current. In this study, in addition to the known flicker of road lighting, considering the flicker effect of based on sequence of poles and armatures, it is aimed to realize of optimal design modeling. In determination based on flicker to distance of the poles and armatures on the road, projector angles and speed criters are depended to the environment whether it is urban or upstate. In this study, depending speed on road lighting, they were aimed to prevent of flicker effect, analysis were performed and evaluated.
