Özet (EN)

Boron has special place in the periodic table. It is found in the same period as carbon, but is less than one electron. Therefore, organic chemistry and medical chemistry are important in terms of structural properties of carbon and shows many similarities. The use of boronic acid components as pharmaceutical ingredients is due to its unique electronic and physicochemical properties. Fluorescence molecules have been an integral part of chemistry, biology, physics and medicine by finding many common fields such as bio labeling, enzyme substrate, marking of cell organelles, disease diagnosis and organic light emitting diodes. Therefore, it has been reported that there are many photo luminescence probes with a wide variety of characteristic properties. Fluorescence probes are particulary important for sensor studies due to their high sensivity for analytical detection and optical imaging, rapid response time and technical simplicity. In this thesis, conjugated organic structures were synthesized by adding oxazolone skeletal structure and fluorescence probe to the low toxicity phenyl boronic acid, which can interact with cis-diol of biomolecules. In this study; 4-(chlorocarbonylphenyl) boronic acid was obtained from 4-borono benzoic acid and (4-boronobenzoyl) gylcine was obtained from reaction with gylcine. The reaction of this resulting material with fluorescence aldehydes give oxazolone boronic acid derivatives carrying a fluorescence probe which can eventually be used as a biosensor. NMR, Fluorescence and UV-Vis spectroscopy analyses of these synthesized derivatives were performed and analysis of their interaction with sialic acid and hemagglutinin was investigated using fluorescence spectroscopy.
