Özet (EN)
In today's city planning, deep excavations are very important in terms of engineering. Various systems have been developed to keep the soil in balance. This study covers the numerical modeling of the system consisting of prestressed anchored pile wall, cantilever type reinforced concrete retaining wall, prestressed anchored diaphragm wall and pile foundation applications. The first construction at the site is a 20 meter high prestressed anchored pile wall. It was designed as a result of the parametric work performed in numerical model and constructed in the site. In front of this shoring structure, 6 meter excavation was carried to construct foundation and basement of 16 storey building. Pile foundation of 16 storey building has been designed according to project requirement. In the meantime, cracks occurred in the garden of the school building behind the prestressed anchor pile wall. Considering that cracks were due to the excavation in front of the shoring system, and basement floors of the 16 storey building were constructed and the fill of the slope was started. While the construction of the 16-storey building was going on, a 7-meter-high cantilever-type reinforced concrete retaining wall was constructed, with the excavation of the building where the load would not be burdened by a deep excavation of 7 meters in front of the building. Reinforced concrete cantilever type retaining wall of 3.5 meters in front of the 6 meter high anchored wall was built. Then, a deep excavation work was carried out and a 6.5 meter high reinforced concrete retaining wall was built and the back of the slope was filled. The geotechnical designs prepared for the residential complex in this study will be produced as a gradual excavation in the Plaxis V9 dynamic module to prevent any insecure situation. İnteraction of structures and the construction defects are presented in the scope of this study.
