Abstract (EN)

This study was conducted at the Experimental Area of Çukurova University, Faculty of Agriculture, and Department of Field Crops in 2021. The aim of this study was to determine the effects of bacteria and phosphorus fertilizer applications on yield and some agronomic characteristics of wheat in Cukurova region. The experimental design was a split plot with three replications. Bacillus subtilis bacterial inoculation and six different doses of phosphorus fertilizer (0 kg/da P2O5, 10 kg/da P2O5, 15 kg/da P2O5, 20 kg/da P2O5 and 25 kg/da P2O5) were applied. Özkan variety was used as a plant material. In this study; plant height, number of siblings, number of spikes, spike length, number of spikelets, number of grains per spike, hectoliter weight, 1000 grain weight, protein content, gluten content and grain yield characteristics were investigated. As a result of the research, it was concluded that bacterial inoculation and phosphorus fertilization had a positive effect on yield and investigated characteristics. The highest seed yield (720.2 kg/da) was obtained from the applied of 25 kg/da phosphorus fertilizer per hectare with bacterial inoculated plots.
