Abstract (EN)
Human communities set up various organizations in order to provide cooperation since they have existed on earth. It is regarded that the recent cooperation models are based on ancient ages.As the cooperation models which are appeared during the historical period, were set up to solve the problems, in the meantime were set up to reach ideal goals or to create specific cooperation areas. One of these establishments, which are created for specific cooperation, is Francophonie: International Organisation of the Francophonie.Even these change and developments in the international system have not fully analyzed, it is clear that many tendencies will gain importance in the near future. Today, capital movements, commercial activities and technological developments are spreading increasingly with gaining supranational characteristic. This spread and concomitant condensation are interconnecting transfrontier interest groups and people who belong to various nations by tight interest ties.
