Abstract (EN)
This thesis, electric vehicles, electrical appliances and so on. is to analyze and design the driver of the brushless direct current motor (BLDC), which is frequently used in fields. General characteristics of the BLDC motor analyzed; the supply voltage is 72 volts, the number of slots is 45, the number of poles is 50 and 3-phase windings and the windings are star-connected. The analysis of the engine was carried out with MotorSolve BLDC, a design software designed to accurately and accurately predict the performance of the engine and generator to be designed. Another important aspect of the electric motors is to drive the motor in another aspect as important as the design of the relatively new brushless direct current motors. Use the IXTQ50N20P mosfet as the electronic switching element in the drive design and IR2110 as the mosfet drive. The 3-phase H-bridge with mosfet, required to drive the BLDC motor, can be used in the ISIS subprogram of Proteus and the print circuit is created in ARES. Arduino Mega 2560, which has ATmega2560 microcontroller of Atmel, is used to ensure that the mosfets in the 3 phase H bridge are switched on and off in a certain order according to the rotor position information obtained from hall sensors.
