Abstract (EN)

Over the years the rapidly advancing engine technology sector, as well as internal combustion engine technology, which is now working with alternative energies for the production and production of engine R & D studies. Electric motors are the first of these alternative powered motors. Brushless DA motors are the most preferred electric motors in recent years. The reason for these motors is efficient, high performance and maintenance-free. Brushless Motors is a high efficiency and power density permanent magnet direct current motors. In the thesis study, brushed DC motor with triangular connection, ile outrunner running and a hall effect sensor with 120 ° angles placed on a motor test phase has been made. Information about the movement of the stator and position angle with the help of sensor on the engine. With the help of the sensor, the location information is given to the motor driver to give feedback on which channel to open. The commutation was adjusted with the feedback and the energy losses during the control were reduced to the lowest levels. PWM technique was used to switch on and off the mosfets while energizing the motor drive motor phases. PID error control algorithm is written for error checking. In order to increase efficiency in the motor drive circuit, the current drawn by the phases of the motor, the voltage passing over it, the speed of the motor, the temperature information of the motor and the drive be calculated. As a result of this instant information, the user was informed of the user information system by calculating power. According to the nominal values of the motor, the motor driver is informed about the ideal power. The user is provided to use the energy of the battery efficiently. All of this information was also taken from outside with wireless communication module and transferred to the user information system.
