Abstract (EN)
Fungi have a broad biodiversity, they produce many seconder compounds, such as volatile metabolites, mycotoxins, non-non-rodosomal peptides, polyketides, terpenes, dicetopiperazines and alkaloids. A variety of Fusarium genus with and without plant pathogen was identified. The goal of the thesis is to determine the pharmaceutical raw material targets by the Fusarium oxyspum YP9B isolate. Antimicrobial (agar well diffusion) and antioxidant (CUPRAC, FRAP and ABTS•+ methods) activities of the extracts obtained from YP9B were determined. Ethyl acetate extracts from culture filtrate with high antimicrobial activity were used to determine antimicrobial activity. While highest antimicrobial activity was observed against gram positive and negative bacteria, antifungal activity was determined as lowest. It was determined that the medium of the Fusarium oxysporum YP9B to be extracted and the extract solvent had an effect on the antimicrobial activity. It was observed that extraction time, changing carbon and nitrogen source and incubation time had no effect. Consequently, optimum antimicrobial activity was observed when Fusarium oxysporum YP9B incubated in PDA 7-10 days, extracted with ethyl acetate from solid medium and dissolved with same solvent.
