Football agent contract

Football agency is an institution that has been involved in football from the past to the present and is frequently used not only by professional football players but also by other actors in the football sector. While the elements of the football management contract, executed for this purpose, are regulated under Law No. 5894, the regulatory acts of the competent administrative authorities such as TFF and FIFA also bring along certain rules. Within the framework of the aforementioned regulations, determination of the legal character of the football agent contract, rights and obligations of the parties to the football agent contract, the reasons for the termination of the contract and their consequences are of great importance in terms of resolving disputes arising from the contract. In our study, the aforementioned issues and many more are discussed in detail and our conclusions are presented with our personal opinions.
