Özet (EN)

The purpose of this study was to describe of performance level in soccer with anaerobic threshold and running velocity by using of a new field test. In this study, totally 20 men subjects participated voluntarily who mean age was 24.95 ± 3.79 years old and who played in First Division of Turkish Professional Soccer League. In this study, totally three test were applied. One of them was applied by using of treadmill test (KBT) in outdoor and remains were applied by using of new field tests (AKT-1 and AKT-2) on soccer field. 20 subjects were divided into four groups randomly, and there were five persons in each group. Subjects started to KBT test at constant running velocity (RV km/h) of 8.0 km/h in 0.0% slope for 3 minutes running. RV was improved by 1.0 km/h for every 3 minutes. While blood lactate level of subjects was 4.0 mM/L or above, this incremental running test was stopped. Before every stage, one minute passive recovery phase was used for subjects. For AKT, subjects were applied the same protocol in the KBT.The results were analyzed by using Paired Samples T Test to evaluate metabolic and physiological answers of subjects. Test-retest reliability coefficient of AKT test was analyzed by using Interclass Correlation Coefficient (ICC). Validity coefficient of AKT test was analyzed by using Pearson?s Correlation Coefficient (PCC). The significant level of analyses were accepted at p<0.01 and p<0.05.After the measurements, 2.0 mM/L (Y), 2.5 mM/L (YaD), 3.0 mM/L (YoD), 4.0 mM/L (LaE), 4.1+ mM/L (LaT) and maximal levels of the players were pointed. Between the average RV (km/h) with HR (bpm) of KBT and AKT values were analyzed statistically. There were no significant differences between HR of AKT-1 and AKT-2 (p>0.05), while there were significant differences between the remains values (p<0.05; p<0.01). ICC values of AKT-1 and AKT-2 had a high degree of reliability for HR was 0.91 and 0.97 while for RV was 0.88 and 0.98, respectively. PCC values of KBT and AKT-2 had a high degree of validity for HR was 0.93 and 0.95 while for RV was 0.81 and 0.92 respectively (p<0.01).According to these results, you can use the AKT for an alternative test to laboratory (KBT) tests in order to measurement of anaerobic threshold level which is important criteria for aerobic capacity.
