Abstract (EN)
In this study, homotopy concept has been handled as homotopy of circles and homotopy of functions in topological spaces and it has elaborated as far as its necessity. These concepts have been handled in fuzzy topological spaces and examined comprehensively. Furthermore, fuzzy topological groups have been examined in fuzzy topological spaces. H-groups have been investigated with homotopy group operations which are similar to group operations and consequently it has been emphasized that each fuzzy topological group is a fuzzy H-group.
