Abstract (EN)
In this study, flood and landslide risk analysis of Havran river basin have been studied using GIS and Remote Sensing (RS) techniques. Risk analysis which is the first step in risk management have been introduced using different scenarios of earthquake in the basin. Because of these, first of all to understand of the basin and to give the studies some guidance physical characteristics of basin have been considered. Secondly, element at risk and their vulnerabilities and potential damaging events like floods and landslides for the basin have been studied. Finally, risk analysis have been done according to different scenarios of the potential hazards in the basin. GIS based digital data and RS data have been used in the study. Also, some attribute data, statistical data and field works have been mentioned in geographical perspective. Finally, effects and consequences of probable earthquakein the Gayt river basin have been exposed. Keywords: Seismicity, Earthquake Risk, Risk Analyze, GIS, Surface
