Abstract (EN)
Grounding projects of high voltage gas insulated substations are examined indetail according to IEEE 80-2000 standard. Furthermore basic groundingconcepts, grounding are discussed together with different types of grounders.Grounding of the substations is analyzed by means of CYMGRD® PCprogramme.As a result of the grounding grid analysis, the information on groundingresistance mesh size and step voltage variation are obtained with respect to gridgeometry and number of grounding rods.
