Abstract (EN)

Forensic sciences; today, it is in an effort to obtain accurate and precise results in the light of technological developments in other branches of science that it receives support from. The courts he serves need undoubted evidence from forensic science to settle cases. There are multiple analytical devices for the detection of drugs in solid, liquid or gaseous form. In this study, GC/MS was used, which has advantages such as low organic solvent consumption and environmental pollution, producing reliable results and short analysis time. The samples of heroin, morphine, codeine, cocaine, amphetamine, methamphetamine, MDMA and THC, which are among the narcotic substances, the use of which is becoming more and more widespread among the public, prepared in a methanol-dichloromethane (50:50, v/v) solvent mixture, were analyzed in the general screening method with the parameters we determined and contributed to the literature. has been found. For the selectivity parameter, injection was made from the mixture solution prepared at 50 ppm concentration of the reference standards of the substances. limit of detection (LOD) values; Codeine 15ppm, Cocaine 15ppm, THC 15ppm, Heroin 20ppm, Morphine 30ppm, Methamphetamine 30ppm, MDMA 30ppm and 35ppm for Amphetamine. In addition, high precision results were obtained.
