Ghazali's knowledge philosopy

Ghazali is a thinker in the history of Islamic thought. Ghazali, who has been in search of the truth since his youth, has done researches in the sciences which concern people closely from the religious sciences to philosophy and has produced many works which have continued to this day. One of the problems that undoubtedly stand on his "knowledge problem" is. Is the approach of Al-Ghazali in this field definitely absolute? Based on the question, the senses and the knowledge obtained by reason have emerged with the suspicion of testimony. This study is a description of how our thinker survived doubt and how he got to the truth. The content of the study consists of two parts. In the introduction section, the subject, purpose, importance, method, basic concepts and limitations of the study are explained. In the first chapter, the life and works of Ghazali and its place in Islamic thought are discussed. In the second part, the information philosophy of Ghazali: The knowledge about Ghazali, the basic sources of knowledge in Ghazali's thought, the means of obtaining knowledge, the use of doubt as a method and the value of knowledge as the method of Ghazali are examined in sub-headings. As a result, Ghazali has brought a different dimension to the process of accessing knowledge and pioneered thinkers coming after him. The aim is to find a sound and reliable method for the knowledge and to set limits for the knowledge. He based his belief in thought and belief on reliable and accurate knowledge .
