Abstract (EN)
Mass media, newspapers and magazines, are an active element in people's lives. What kind of path can people build a world of knowledge without making a fallacy? The answer of this question will be the framework of our study. Our study consists of two parts. In the first part, the background of newspaper and magazine history is mentioned with an overview and the evolution of newspaper and magazine is tried to be revealed. In the second part, logic fallacies seen in newspapers and magazines, which are our research topic, are discussed and tried to be introduced. Wrongand face news can be tested, whether the suspicious news can be verified via the accuracy check centers. However, this situation is not so easy in newspapers and magazines that contain logic mistakes. Logic fallacies detected in the meaning products formed through texts in newspapers and magazines are the essence of our subject. The main purpose of the study is to show which logical fallacies are made in the printed media. At the same time, it draws attention to not fall into logical fallacy. What is logic fiction in journalism? What are the reasons for misrepresenttation in newspapers and magazines? Which logic fallacy seen in newspapers and magazines? We tried to give answers to these questions in our research.At the aspect of magazines and newspapers that affect society are conserned our study is a particular concern to everbody if given informations are not, these situations lead people to make logic fallacy. When we look at newspapers and magazines, it is seen that many logic fallacy have been conducted. The more journalists, writers, and readers know the logic fallacy, the more they become aware andfallacies are largely avoided. We think that our research is important in this respect.
