Abstract (EN)
In this study, a new waste management plan in preparation of a strategic decision support tool has been selected as a Life Cycle Assessment. The main purpose on this study is, assessing the condition of the existing regional, thus to give strategic indicators useful for future waste management and life-cycle thinking approach has been to use. Especially municipalities are focused on medical waste, organic waste, packaging waste, scrap tires and other wastes about the waste management. At the first stage, a study was conducted of a waste management at present day analysis in Gaziantep Depending on the waste characterization, Solid Waste Master Plan is prepared by the Ministry of Environment and Planning and recycling targets are evaluated in accordance with the assumption recovered.
