Abstract (EN)

As well as grounding on this book by Ghazali, this works aims to prove if he used his sense of moral education, his methods and the values system in moral education by utilizing his other works such as Mîzânü'l-amel, Eyyühe'l-veled, Mişkâtü'l-envâr, el-Münkız mine'd-dalâl. It also aims to have knowledge about how values education comes out in Ihyau Ulumi'd din and to compare if there is any similarity between Ghazali's moral education principles and sufism and the values education of the modern world through the available data. In this work, it has been used literature review, data anaysis, the comparison-contrast and evaluation of the data that are qualitative research methods from the very beginning to the end in order to render the text consistent and meaningful. In conclusion, we can reach the information that Ghazali's principles on moral education are based on the Qur'an and the Prophet's sunnah;thus, he has amied to contribute to nurture well mannerred and well behaved people who may reach the eternal inner peace in both universes and that he used the methods like abstemiousness, contemplation, taqwa and sampling as a role model so as to get frree of disgrace by having rectitude and virtue within the context of his work 'Ihyau Ulumi'd din' moreover, it is clearly seen that there is a correlation between Ghazali'opinions about moral education and sufi education and our modern methods in use and the aims of moral education.
