Abstract (EN)

Nowadays, due to the difficulties in energy production and economical problems, utilization of biomasses formed in processes has been accounted instead of the natural gas, LPG, the fossil fuels used in industries. In this study, it is aimed to conversion of biomass to energy in the brewery industry and use of this energy in facilities. In our country, similar studies are working in various sectors. For example, composed olive seeds in production of olive oil industries may be an important energy source. Moreover, products such as sun flower and pistachio barks may be also an important energy source. Satisfactory energy can be obtained by the way of establish appropriate techniques in related facilities. In the brewery industry, it is aimed for satisfactory energy to obtain using the suitable technologies, regarding of biomass energy potential such as composed purification sludge, afsun, kieselgur land and bagasse at end of the production. The energy be able resulting from burn under the emission values of related biomass can be used various section of the facilities. In this manner, it is aimed that this kind biomass especially difficulty of out of the way is blocked and that instead of use of cowpat in agriculture, conversion of the energy in the same facility and this energy is used in desired sections of the facility. In this study, the investigations were done related to energy generation from pulp and purification sludge. Primarily analysis of both waste biomasses was realized, then the gasification properties with STA analyses was investigated. It is required that for both biomass substantially to dewatering. For that purpose, availability drying system was examined and design of a rotary drier was realized. Which supply within the ratio of the need of energy of the facility using the waste biomasses was presented.
