In recent years, with the rapid increase in the number of food supplements and vitamin companies and the high demand for them, the difficulty and worry of determining their quality, especially the ease of production and obtaining government approval for the sale of these products, is much easier compared to therapeutic chemical drugs. In this thesis study, quality control tests for USP food supplements were carried out (disintegration, dissolution, and content uniformity), and the remaining physical quality control tests for chemical drugs were all performed. Standards were prepared for these tests, and effective analysis for analysis with the HPLC-dad method has been developed. These tests were performed on tablets because tablets are the most common of the pharmaceutical forms, and vitamin C was chosen because it is common, either alone or in combination with a group of vitamins. According to the results obtained, 3 samples from 5 different samples did not pass the disintegration test. According to the results obtained from HPLC, only 2 out of 5 different samples passed the dissolution test and 3 samples passed the content uniformity test. Many of these products have been found to have quality problems during their manufacture due to insufficient production or excessive pressure.
