Abstract (EN)
In this study, we investigated the development of vascular development in the pregnant rat ovary on the 14th, 17th, 20th days of gestation and the first day of birth. 25 female Wistor albino rat 4 months old weighted between 250-300 gr and 4 male Wistor albino rat also 4 months old between 250-300 gr. Rat which are not pregnant 20 IU hCG injected by intraperitonal form superovulation has been enabled. When vaginal layer has been observed male rat has been taken away from cage and day accepted as day 0 in pregnancy. These animals were divided into 5 groups as 5 animals in each group. These groups are; The Control Group, The Experimental Group I (14th day pregnancy of rat), The Experiment Group II (17th day pregnancy of rat), The Experimental Group III (20th day pregnancy of rat) and The Experimental Group IV (First Day of Birth). Right and left ovarium were taken out from, control group and the rats whose pregrancy period 14th, 17th, 20th and the first day of the birth respectively beside with. The corpus luteum of the ovary sections results in progressive tissue taken from the examination process of pregnancy and postnatal development were assessed in the ovary of vascular changes occurring. Taken from ovarian tissue, the corpus luteum examined by advancing the process of pregnancy and postnatal vaccular development in the ovary was looking at the changes taking place. The findings of pregnancy in rats 14th and 17thdays is the large amount of vasculature in the corpus luteum, a decrease of vascularity the 20th day and the first day of birth showed that the corpus luteum found a very rare vessel. Keywords: actin, angiogenesis, corpus luteum, ovary, vessel.
