Abstract (EN)

In this thesis, it is aimed to reveal the perspectives and practices about personnel management in the business administration applications in the state factories (Fabrika-i Humayun) founded in the Ottoman State within the scope of industrilization policies. This thesis which is in the area of management studies was written by historiography method. In the study, data research method, which is among the qualitative research method, was applied. In the study, besides making use of YÖK (The Counsil of Higher Education) National Thesis Center, libraries, online databases, 4.539 documents among 126.827 ones were read and transcripted in the process of the archive review as a result of the research done with the use of 263 different word combinations. The findings reached in the study reveals that in the period investigated, the applications like recruiment, job definiton, job training, rewarding and social rights after unemplyment were intensely and repetitiously used.
