Temporary employment relationship

Temporary Employment Relationship, recieved legitimate ground with the law no 4857, is an atyphical, triangular labour law relationship, in which an employer sends his/her employee to another employer for a limited time in order s/he to perform his/her service obligation.The increasing use of temporary work models, has implications for the nature of the employment relationship. Contrary to clearly defined employer-employee relationship, in triangular relationships like in the case of temporary employment relationship, it becomes difficult to set out the authorization of employers or rights and liabilities of the worker where the posting employers employees are working at the site of the receiving employer.In this study, the said relationship is evaluated in the points of scope, limitations of relationship, comparsion with similar relationships, rights and liabilities of parties and its termination.
