Technology and rapid development in parallel with the conditions of life change and development in business law shows. Temporary employment relationship have been the subject of our study also encountered as a result of this development is a model of flexibility in the employment of workers. Temporary employment relationship is establised provided that the employer gets the consent of the workers on a temporary job for another employer in order to fulfill the act of doing business. The three-sided relationship with a temporary employment relationship, the most controversial issue is the relationship between the temporary employer and the employee. Thus, we examined in detail the relationship between these two figures.First of all, a temporary employment relationship and the temporary employer-employee relationship was exposed in general terms on our thesis.Then, in terms of individual employment law rights and liabilities between the temporary employer and the workers were examined what.Finally, the relationship between the parties was evaluated in terms of collective labor law.
