Encounterıng Problems And Adaptıon Perıod Of Syrıans Who Come To Turkey With Temporary Protection Law: Batman Example" in the study; conceptual and theoretical migration, migration types and migration theories are examined. In addition, the harmony of immigrants has been examined in the context of adaptation theories and associated with Syrian migration and explained with tangible examples. Thus, the impact of Syrian migration on Syrians, the harmonization process and the problems they faced in areas such as shelter, employment, health, education and socio-cultural were tried to be understood and analyzed. The study is an applied field research in Batman province using qualitative research method. Field work was carried out between June-July 2020. In the interview application, a sample group of 20 people was reached. According to the findings obtained from the study; it is seen that the vast majority of the participants got married at a young age, but they were undecided about being a parent. When the economic situation of the participants is analyzed, it is understood that the general employment is at low wages and all of them work without insurance. However, this may vary with length of stay compared to the first year when coming to Turkey. The healthy relationships established with the learning of the language and the motivation to recognize and get used to it in this direction show that the participants resisted in getting the money they deserve. When the decision-making processes of the participants are examined, it is seen that they made such a decision as a result of not meeting the basic needs such as electricity, water and bread, as well as security concerns such as kidnapping and killing. Moreover, the participants of the basic issues that Turkey and Batman careful in the selection point in the proximity of distance, is composed of job opportunities and a familiar one. Finally, the future expectations of the participants were examined. In this context, it is seen that most of the participants expect to get identity, that is, citizenship. Citizenship is still not given and the war in Syria causes the participants' expectations about the future to be uncertain. Keywords: Migration, Migration Syria, Turkey Migration, Harmony, Batman
