Abstract (EN)
This thesis consists of five parts. In the second chapter, which comes after the introduction, studies on fractional differential equations in literature are summarized. In the third part, basic definitions and theorems related to the subject are given and information about the method used is given. In the fourth chapter, which contains the original results of the thesis, certain singular fractional neutral differential equations, which continue as an open problem, are discussed. The derivative of the Lyapunov function is calculated by using the union property of the Riemann-Liouvilli fractional derivative and integral. By using the Lyapunov method with the help of linear matrix inequality, sufficient conditions for the asymptotic stability of the solutions are obtained. In the last section, the results are discussed and new problems are proposed to the reader.
